What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Answer: We accept returns of unopened, unused Smart Hair Towel™ products purchased directly from our store within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and reason for return, then ship the item back to 4018 Fairbanks Ct., Irving, TX 75062. You’re responsible for return shipping cost. Once we inspect and approve the return, we’ll refund your purchase (minus original shipping) within 5–7 business days.

How long does shipping take & can I track my order?

Answer: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. We use standard domestic shipping (USPS / carrier of choice). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Clear photos or video of the damaged item and packaging
Once received, we will review the claim and send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item unless requested.
