All Smart Hair Towel purchases are final once shipped. For hygiene and personal-care reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened hair towels. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smarthairtowel.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
